JUDICIAL RETIREMENT - THE HONOURABLE MADAM JUSTICE NICOLE J. GARSON

Madam Justice Garson has retired from the Court of Appeal effective April 3, 2020.

PUBLIC LINK TO VIDEO CONFERENCE APPEALS ADDED TO COURT HEARING LIST

Starting Friday May 15, 2020, the Court of Appeal Weekly Hearing List will include public links which you can click on to observe live appeal hearings taking place by video conference. You should click on the link at the time the hearing is set to take place to join the live video conference. You will be able to observe the judges, counsel and litigants participating in the hearing in real time, but they will not be able to see or hear you. For more details see the Revised Notice to the Public Regarding Access to Court Proceedings During the Covid-19 Pandemic issued 14 May 2020.

THE HONOURABLE THOMAS R. BRAIDWOOD

The Court recognizes the passing of the Honourable Thomas R. Braidwood, former Justice of this Court between 1995 and 2006. Former Justice Braidwood passed away at his home in West Vancouver on 11 April 2020.
