The British Columbia Court of Appeal broadcasts appeals publicly by Zoom. Details may be found within Section 2.2 of the Court of Appeal's Record and Courtroom Access Policy.

The Court’s policy on the use of electronic devices in courtrooms applies to any broadcast of a Court proceeding. Any audio or video recording of the proceeding, including screen shots or photographs, is prohibited. Anyone who uses an electronic device in a manner prohibited by the policy is subject to sanction, including prosecution for contempt of court. The only exception to this policy is that accredited members of media may audio record the proceeding for the limited purpose of verifying their notes.
