Pursuant to the common law: a) The publication of the submissions and any materials presented during all case management and pre-trial conferences that occur prior to the conclusion of this trial is prohibited, save and except the publication ban does not apply to information regarding the scheduling of future appearances, or the nature of the appearance. b) The public, including all members of the media, is prohibited from remotely observing or remotely listening to pre-trial conferences, case management conferences and any portions of the trial heard in the absence of the jury, including pre-trial applications and voir dire. c) The order will remain in effect until the conclusion of the proceedings, at which time further submissions will be heard. Any interested party may apply to set aside all or part of the order on seven days notice to the parties.
