Hearings Using Video

  • Court Video-Conference Request Form (PDF, 157 KB)
    • Use this form to request a video unit in the courtroom to connect to another video unit (for example, in another court room or an institution). This will allow one or more persons to appear onscreen by video in the courtroom, with the majority of participants attending the hearing in person.
  • Court Video-Conference Combination Request (PDF, 157 KB)
    • Use this form to request a video unit in the courtroom to connect to a remote personal computer with video capacity (for example, at an office or residence). This will allow one or more persons to appear onscreen by video in the courtroom, with the majority of participants attending the hearing in person. Parties must arrange for a “bridge” between video system in the court room and the personal computer using MS Teams or another video conferencing platform.

Presentation of Audio/Video Evidence

    • Parties in civil proceedings wishing to present audio or video evidence in court must make their own arrangements for equipment. The Court does not supply equipment. If any complex set up or early access is required or anticipated, parties should contact the In Court Technologies department as soon as possible.
